Dubai is advancing its position as a global leader in artificial intelligence with the launch of the second cycle of its “Future of AI in Government Services Accelerator” in October 2025. Organized by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) in partnership with Dubai Future Accelerators, this prestigious programme invites cutting-edge AI startups and companies worldwide to collaborate directly with over 20 Dubai government entities.
The goal is to co-develop innovative AI-powered solutions that will revolutionize the delivery of public services—making them faster, more personalized, efficient, and inclusive. The eight-week intensive residency runs from October 6 to November 28, 2025, with full travel and accommodation sponsorships, enabling participants to focus entirely on innovation and real-world impact.
Four Priority Areas
The accelerator targets four key domains:
-
Enhancing existing public services through AI-driven personalization and operational efficiency.
-
Creating new AI-powered government services to solve complex challenges.
-
Boosting internal government productivity by embedding AI automation.
-
Expanding accessibility to make services inclusive for all segments of society, especially underserved groups.
Proven Success and Impact
The inaugural 2024 cycle attracted 615 companies from 55 countries, resulting in 183 AI use cases developed for government services. Impressively, 75 of these solutions have been piloted in live Dubai government settings, demonstrating the tangible benefits of AI-driven transformation.
Why Dubai?
Dubai’s visionary leadership aims to position the city as the world’s happiest and smartest by integrating AI seamlessly into governance, enhancing citizens’ quality of life through intelligent, agile public services. The programme is equity-free, meaning participants retain full ownership of their intellectual property while gaining direct mentorship and access to senior government officials.
Opportunities for Participants
Selected innovators enjoy hands-on collaboration with government teams, live pilot deployments, and access to Dubai’s vibrant AI ecosystem—setting a new benchmark for government innovation worldwide.
Applications are open until August 28, 2025, inviting global AI experts to help shape Dubai’s future of smart, citizen-centric governance.
